Mike is one of the founders of Wis Australia. He is capable of comprehensive and strong technical capabilities. Mike specialised areas include a statutory financial report, external audit, internal audit and process improvement, M&A transaction service, financial due diligence, AASB/IFRS advice etc. With his diversified professional experience and deep knowledge of industries, he brings practical and complying solutions to his clients. He has worked at international accounting firms including KPMG, PwC and Mazars and holds senior position or directorship in local and international organizations.
Mike has provided professional services to the global 500 companies which have investments in Australia, local private groups and entrepreneur companies. These clients are in diversified industries including science, manufacturing, renewable energy, real estate, construction, medical and pharmaceutical, education, servicing, fund and assets management etc. His clients include Beijing Clean Energy Group, SAIC, CECEP, Unionpay International, CRRC Yangtze, Ctrip Travel, Taiping Insurance, Lesso Group, Tigermed, Enirgi Mining Group, Oppo Mobile, etc.

Eric is one of the founders of Wis Australia. Eric is an experienced accounting professional with extensive background in financial statement audit, internal audit, financial reporting/compliance and consulting services to a range of companies including listed clients in China, Hong Kong and ASX, State and Local Government agencies / departments and a range of private sector clients. Eric also has over 9 year commercial experience in Mining industry and e-Commerce and cross-broader trading. Eric also has valuable experience in setting up and developing a new business. With his diversified professional experience and deep knowledge of commercial operations, Eric brings practical and complying solutions to his clients and assists start-up and entrepreneur businesses on their financial management and compliance. He has worked at PwC for over 8 years and has 9 years of experience in the Global 500 company.

Lucia Lai
Associate Director, Assurance
Lucia has over 10 year’s professional experience in accounting and advisory. She manages our passionate and capable audit team to deliver value to our clients during the process of audit engagements. Her expertise includes covers auditing services, transaction service and in-bound investment advisory. Before joining Wis Australia, she worked at PwC both assurance and advisory team since graduate. During her time with PwC, she played a key role in delivering audit service to clients in energy & resources, logistics, education and not-for profit organisations. She also actively participated the M&A and transaction advisory for China outbound investment in Australia and successfully support their business establishment and growth locally.

Ron Bao

Graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master degree specializing in Professional Accounting, Ron joined Wis Australia in 2018 and holds the position of Associate.
He has been widely involved in business services and taxation services for multinational companies, Australian local companies and individuals in Australia. His industry experience including serving clients in real estate, energy, construction, automotive and e-commerce industries.

Eric Sun
Partner, Corporate Finance
Eric has extensive experience in all areas of corporate finance with a particular emphasis on IPOs and RTOs, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, capital management, and strategic advisory.
Prior to joining Wis Capital, Eric was the Director and Head of Investment Banking of an Australian national investment banking group. He also specialises in assisting early-stage, growth companies from emerging industries to develop business strategy, execute the business plan, get investment ready, raise capital, and execute exit strategies.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fudan University, and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of New South Wales.

Michael is a seasoned Human Resources expert on both strategic and operational dimensions. He has more than 20 years’ experience with leading global organisations in Asian countries and Europe.
Michael’s core expertise is the design and implementation of leadership training and organisational development programs to generate near term benefits for organisations and talents.
Michael is certified to administrator Hogan and MBTI assessment tools. He has rich experience in talent assessment for recruitment and leadership development. He has more than 500+ hours of coaching experience on middle to senior leaders. He is also a DDI certified facilitator. He has 700+ hours of experience in sales/management/leadership training.
Michael also holds EMBA degree from CEIBS.

Coming out of Page Group and over 14 years’ experience as a payroll specialist. Su Jet had managed over 4000+ payroll process within Australia interstate and New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Su Jet also has experiences in implementing modern award into payroll system to improve process efficiency.
Su Jet has been dealing with ATO, Fairwork, Revenue department and NZ IRD department frequently, just to make sure payroll compliance. His past clients include Coles, IBM, BHP and Telstra labour hire employees etc.
